    Your time is important - so is mine. To ensure I can give each client the time & attention they deserve, I kindly ask that you take note of the following:


    Cancellations:
    Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on the original appointment price.


    Rescheduling:
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Appointments rescheduled within two weeks of the original appointment date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee, based on the original appointment price.


    Deposits:
    Your 50% deposit will be allocated towards your appointment once the booking is confirmed. Further payment instructions will be provided when you make your booking.
